Services

Build it, connect it, or makethe current system safer to change.

Bring the outcome you need and the system you have today. We'll tell you if we can help, how we'd start, and what it should cost.

01

Products and internal tools

We build web applications and internal tools around the workflows that matter — the screens people use, the business rules behind them, the APIs and data, and the operational details that make the product usable after launch.

02

System integration and automation

We connect internal systems, third-party services, payments, notifications, and data flows. Designed so handoffs are reliable, failures are understandable, and the systems you already depend on work together.

03

Modernization and reliability

We improve software that is slow, fragile, expensive to change, or hard to operate — find what is actually breaking, fix the path that matters, and leave the next change safer than the last one.

04

Architecture and delivery planning

We turn an uncertain technical initiative into a plan you can evaluate — the current system, the constraints, the risks, the options, and a delivery path — before significant build work begins.

05

AI in your product

We embed models into real workflows with evaluation, guardrails, fallbacks, and an eye on cost and latency. The useful part is not the demo — it is what the product does when the model is wrong, slow, or unavailable.

How we engage

Two ways to start. Clear boundaries either way.

Project-based delivery

For a defined outcome with clear boundaries, a timeline, and acceptance criteria. We start with one or two free conversations to map the outcome, the systems, the risks, and whether we are the right team — then a written scope, timeline, and quote.

Advisory and architecture

For teams that need technical direction before a build, migration, or platform decision. Deliverables can include a system assessment, architecture options, a delivery plan, and prioritized next steps.

Delivery standards

What you can count on.

01

Independent review

Every deliverable change is reviewed by a second engineer on our team before it is accepted.

02

Clear communication

We agree how we'll communicate at the start, and we tell you about risks, trade-offs, and scope changes directly.

03

Privacy-conscious access

We request only the access and data needed for the work, protect secrets, and remove access at the agreed handoff.

04

Useful handoff

Documentation, operational notes, and runbooks so your team can understand and continue the work.

Commercial terms

How we price and start

Work is scoped around a specific outcome, with a clear timeline, a quote, and milestone-based payment. We typically quote between $5,000 and $40,000, over one to eight months, depending on the problem.

We take on a few projects at a time so you work with the people writing the code.

The first conversations are free. After one or two calls, we tell you whether we can help and what it should cost. If the work is not a strong match, we say so before either side commits.

Each statement of work defines scope, timeline, deliverables, data handling, and ownership. At handoff, you receive everything needed to run and continue the work without depending on us.

Who we work best with

  • A concrete business outcome, not just a list of tasks.
  • Work that touches live users, operations, data, integrations, or existing systems.
  • A decision-maker who can give context and make trade-off decisions.

We are not a staff-augmentation provider, a design-only web studio, or a 24/7 managed operations center. If we are not the right fit, we will say so early and, where we can, introduce someone better matched.

Start with the problem, not a preselected solution.

Tell us the outcome you need, the systems involved, and the constraints you already know. We'll help you decide the right next step.
